On May 3, 2023, Dauis vice mayor Marietta Sumaylo (please see photo) went to Manila to
participate in the signing of the Pledge of Support for the Buhay Ingatan Druga Ayawan
(BIDA) in cooperation with the USAID, CBDR, DOH and DILG. Aside from the participants,
present during the activity were: Hon. Benjamin C. Abalos- DILG Secretary and USAID
Mission Director Ryan Washburn. The event took place at Novotel, Quezon City. Vice Mayor
Sumaylo attended the activity in her capacity as president of association of vice mayors for
