The newly constructed building that houses the Office of Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) in
Loon, Bohol was officially blessed and turned over. Loon mayor Elvi Peter Relampagos
(extreme right) led the ribbon cutting ceremony during the turnover rites on April 25, 2023.
The building is located behind the Loon South Central Elementary School (LSCES),
