For her April 28, 2023 activities, 2nd district representative, Ma. Vanessa Aumentado attended the groundbreaking ceremonies of a total of P380M worth of projects which included the following: in Talibon & Bien Unido for the Talibon-Construction of Roads leading to Talibon-Bien Unido Bridge (Talibon side) – P100M; the Talibon-Construction of Talibon-Bien Unido Bridge – P100M; the Bien Unido-Construction of
Roads leading to Talibon-Bien Unido Bridge (Bien Unido side) P100M; and the Bien Unido-Construction of Seawall in Brgy. Puerto San Pedro- P80M. The fundings for these projects were sourced from the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2023. The implementing agency for these projects is the DPWH-District Engineering Office 2 (DEO 2). During the event in Talibon, Rep. Aumentado was with the representative of Mayor Janet Garcia, Municipal Administrator Jett E Boyles, together with brgy Officials of brgy. San Isidro, Talibon. In Bien Unido, Rep. Aumentado was with Mayor Rene Borenaga, Vice Mayor Renato Ods Gonzales Hoylar, Municipal Councilor Janjan Garcia & brgy officials from brgy Puerto San Pedro & Brgy Nueva Esperanza. Rep. Vanvan Aumentado said that what former Cong. Aris Aumentado (now governor of Bohol) started, she will continue. She also said: “Basta increased project guaranteed. Basta Van-van, always LaVan. LaVan for the service you can’t beat.” Next week, she assured the people that she will be going to another town again as more projects will be coming for her “beloved Second District.
