Buenavista mayor Dave Duallo (standing and holding a microphone), welcomed on May 5, 2023 the delegates to the 18th Regional Convention of Philippine Society of IT Educators Central Visayas (PSITE 7) gathered at the Buenavista Community College (BCC). “I, on behalf of the host school, BCC, would like to welcome all the delegates coming from more than 40 Colleges in the Central Visayas,” Mayor Duallo said. The mayor also welcomed DICT Usec. Atty. Jocelle Batapa-Sigue, the keynote speaker in the convention. “Information Technology (IT) plays an essential role in the formation and development of modern society today.
