bared that on May 16, 2023, he had a meeting in barangay
Bantolinao, Antequera, Bohol with Police chief master sergeant
Guadencio M. Arancana together with Police staff sergeant
Harold Daraman of the Antequera municipal police station under
direct supervision of police captain Johnrey Cutin Digao, chief of
police. This Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) meeting
at Barangay Bantolinao Antequera, Bohol discussed the following
topics: peace and order situation, updates of persons who use
drugs (PWUD’s), crime prevention and safety tips in relation to
Ligtas Sumvac 2023. In this meeting, the BADAC members were
also reminded to work as one with the Philippine National Police
in its effort to strengthen the campaign against Illegal drugs; with
the National Task Force to end Local Communist Armed Conflict;
and all forms of criminality in order to maintain a peaceful place to
