Tzu Chi Bohol Humanity Class Celebrates Heartfelt Success and Inspiring Journeys

Tagbilaran City, Bohol – Tzu Chi Bohol Humanistic Culture organized a truly remarkable humanity class on May 27, 2023, delving into the essence of Tzu Chi etiquette and the power of music.

The event was filled with inspiring stories that touched people’s hearts and reinforced the commitment to Tzu Chi’s mission of compassion and service.

One of the highlights was the extraordinary journey of former and senior Tzu Chi youth now Tzu Chi certified senior volunteer Bro Ericson Go Giap. Despite facing challenges as a person with disabilities, Bro Ericson continues to carry Master Cheng Yen’s mission as his own, embodying the spirit of selfless volunteerism.

Participants were also privileged to hear from alumni scholar and senior Tzu Chi youth, Bro Jayson Suco from Ormoc, who shared his personal journey as a Tzu Chi youth with a dream to become a certified volunteer. His passion for spreading goodness in the Visayas area truly shines through.

The activity took place at the Tzu Chi Bohol Activity Hall on May 27, 2023, and volunteers were honored to have the presence of Bro Joven Uy, Bohol Tzu Chi Office Head, Bro Joseph Co, Bohol Tzu Chi Medical Charity Head, and local volunteer Bro Chris Chen, who provided guidance and support throughout the event.
