ribbon cutting ceremony marking the turnover of the
KALAHI sub-project, a multi-purpose hall at Barangay
Eastern Cabul-an. During the May 29, 2023 ceremony,
the mayor congratulated brgy. captain Leonet Quinanola
(extreme, left), all the barangay officials and the KALAHI
