Cong. Alexie Besas-Tutor (in photo) announced on June
8, 2023 that the Groundbreaking Ceremony for different
projects took place at the town of Garcia Hernandez.
She added that these projects amount to P250 Million
under the General Appropriation Act (GAA) of 2023 and
will be implemented by the Department of Publlic Works
and Highways III (DPWH III): These projects include the
following: P180M worth project for the River Control at
Manaba; P40M worth project for the Concreting at West
Canayaon to Calma leading to Maambong Spring; P10M
worth project for the Solar Water Works; P10M worth
project for the MPBs (Abijilan, Togbongon); P5M worth
project for the Mun. Sub-Office Bldg at Tabuan; P5M
worth project for the MPB at East Ulbujan, Garcia
Hernandez, Bohol. Representative Tutor during the
groundbreaking activity said: “Uban nato ang ever-
smiling Mayor Jess Alaan-Virtudazo Baja, Vice Gov.
Victor Balite, Senior Board Member Tita V. Baja, 30
