Cryptococcosis
This disease is due to a sub-acute or chronic infection
of Cryptococcus neoformans or Torula histolytica
which has a predilection for the central 
nervous system.
This is more common among patients with diseases
of the reticuloendothelial system or leukemia being
treated with corticosteroids and immunosuppressive
therapy.
Clinically, the following symptoms are manifested:

lungs. Furthermore, the disease may also manifest as
cutaneous lesions that appear as acneiform papules
and ulcerations of the face and extremities and bone
and joint abscesses.
