compensation/salary policy sa Pilipinas. Lahi ang LGU, NGAs ug
GOCCs. Unya per profession kanya kanya sab ug lobby ug
magna carta. Mao ng lahi ang sweldo sa pulis, maestra, etc
including benefits.

sa ato barato kaayo , it’s a known fact . Like me others worked sa
laing nasod Kay better and benefits and compensation. These
has been an issue since the 70’s government knows about it and
ignored the issue.

easy to blame the government. But it was the people who put the
government where they are. You mentioned the 1970s. That
decade, South Korea was at the bottom of the East Asia. But their
people rallied together. They pleaded with the American and
European governments to invest and create jobs in their country.
Lots of Koreans working abroad sent money, not only to their
families, but to their government. They wept when their
countrymen hunger and thirst. What about us? When was the last
time we wept in behalf of our country’s suffering?

our families back home. Not just nurses but also Seamen,
Domestic Workers, Construction workers and all other forms of
employment. Being a nurse I am honest to say my pay is better,
benefits are good, and we work in hospitals where the equipment
and medical supplies are the best. I do not blame anybody but
thankful I made it working abroad with God’s help and self
determination as it is not easy working abroad.
