MR. & MRS. JOHN WENDELL SUMALPONG
Siquijor is indeed a small but beautiful province. And this
was the site of the wedding coverage which “SMILE”,
Philippines did during the first week of June, 2023.
Our bride is Lucille Perewperew, a sweet and firm
woman young lady from Olo, Siquijor, Siquijor and her
groom, is a simple, well-mannered and good-natured man
who is loving, respectful and kind. He John Wendell
Sumalpong, also from Olo, Siquijor, Siquijor. He is the
son of Evelyn Naces.
The beautiful love story of John and Lucille started with a
casual meeting and never did both of them imagine that
they will become the best of friends and partners for the
rest of their lives.
John Wendell started courting Lucille in August of 2013
and as the two nurtured their relationship, they bore the
first fruit of their love in the person of Amanda Eve, their
four-month old daughter.
The rites for the civil wedding of John Wendell and Lucille
started at 10:00 in the morning of June 02, 2023 at the
Office of the Municipal Mayor in Siquijor, Siquijor.
Definitely, we met Mayor Richard Quezon who officiated
the civil union.
The venue of the wedding reception was at the Isla Inn in
Siquijor, Siquijor and the reception itself was attended by
the new couple’s family members, close friends and
relatives.
