“The Flash” at

From DC Comics comes the world’s fastest man who uses his super
speed to change the past but brings unintended consequences in “The
Flash,” still showing at Screenville Cinemas of Island City Mall and Alturas
Mall.
Secret superhero Barry Allen (Ezra Miller) is a police forensic
investigator from Central City and member of the Justice League who can
move at superhuman speeds. Still grappling with the impact of his mother’s
murder and his father’s wrongful imprisonment for the crime when he was a
young boy, Barry uses his superpowers to travel back in time to save his
family. But he inadvertently alters the future, and becomes trapped in an
alternate reality in which General Zod (Michael Shannon) has returned,
threatening annihilation.
Barry now enlists the help of his younger self, an older Batman
(Michael Keaton) and the Kryptonian castaway Supergirl (Sasha Calle) in
order to save the world and return to his universe. Ultimately, Barry’s only
hope is to race for his life. But will making the ultimate sacrifice be enough
to reset the universe?

The world-renowned globe-trotting archaeologist and college
professor is back in the fifth and final installment in the Indiana Jones film
series, “Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny,” which will premiere
worldwide on Wednesday, June 28, at Screenville Cinemas of Island City
Mall and Alturas Mall, 3 days ahead of the US release.
In this sequel to “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull”
in 2008, daredevil archaeologist/adventurer Indiana Jones (Harrison Ford)
races against time to retrieve a legendary artifact that can change the
course of history, as it allows the owner to control the forces of space and
time.
In 1944, Jones helps colleague Basil Shaw against a Nazi agent
turned NASA scientist, Jürgen Voller (Mads Mikkelsen), from obtaining a
mysterious dial known as the Antikythera. Voller sees the object as the
opportunity to correct Hitler’s past mistakes and wishes to make the world
into a better place to live.
Twenty-five years later, the US government has recruited former
Nazis to help beat the Soviet Union in the space competition, but Jones finds
himself squaring off against Voller.
“INDIANA JONES AND THE DIAL OF DESTINY” will premiere worldwide
on Wednesday, June 28, at Screenville Cinemas of Island City Mall and
Alturas Mall, 3 days ahead of the US release.

of Bohol, Island City Mall celebrates its 19th Anniversary tomorrow, Monday
June 26, highlighted by a 3-day sale until today, June 25, where discounts of
up to 80 percent are given away on a range of selected brands and products
at the Home & Fashion Department and tenant shops.
Yesterday, actor/model and It’s Showtime’s BidaMan Kristof Garcia
mingled with her fans at the ICM Activity Center, during the Grand Finals of
“Make Your Moves”, sponsored by Megasoft.
Aside from the big sale and Kristof Garcia mall tour, other anniversary
activities of Island City Mall were ICM Race-Season 5 last Wednesday, June
21; Zumba Marathon last Thursday, June 22; ICM Got Talent last Friday,
June 23; Mr. & Ms. AGC Search yesterday afternoon; and “A Day with
Angels” Outreach Program tomorrow June 26.
