BISU – Candijay on July 1, 2023. The event was
also attended by CHED Commissioner Jo Mark
Libre, DPA; University Pres. Anthony Penaso,
PhD; BISU Candijay Campus Director Luzminda
Machete, EdD; Members of the Board of Regents;
BISU Campus Directors; and BISU Professors. In
her speech, Congresswoman Tutor said: “Take a
leap of faith, take risks & make your mark in the
world. You take course of your life. You alone can
shape your future. In the peak of success, never
let your super ego consume the best of you.”
