LGU LOON has registered its new beneficiaries in the PANTAWID PAMILYANG PILIPINO
PROGRAM (4Ps). During the event on July 7, 2023, Loon Mayor Elvi Peter L. Relampagos,
(standing with microphone and facing the audience) delivered his inspirational message to the
449 newly registered (set 12) beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program from the
Municipality of Loon. These beneficiaries took their Ceremonial Oath of Commitment on the
same day of July 7 at the Loon Activity Center. The event was facilitated by the town’s Municipal
Social Welfare Development Office (MSWDO) headed by MSWDO Ma. Marnelli L. Maquindang,
