At about 7:30 a.m. of July 17, 2023, PCPT Edcel D. Petecio, chief of police of the Buenavista
Municipal Police Station (MPS), together with Buenavista municipal mayor Dave D. Duallo (right),
attended the Monday Flag Raising and Awarding Ceremonies held at the Bohol PPO, Parade Ground
at Camp Francisco Dagohoy, Tagbilaran City, Bohol. The said activity was duly attended by PCOL
Lorenzo Alfeche Batuan (left), our Provincial Director of Bohol Police Provincial Office, together with
Atty. Peter Bill Elizalde, the Provincial NAPOLCOM officer, staff officers, chief NSUs, uniformed
