Miss Bohol 2023 Competion. In his message, the Mayor said: “You make us proud. Susama sa atong
mga pangandoy nga mahimong mailhan ang atong Lungsod dili lamang sa atong Probinsya, kung dili,
sa Tibuok Kalibutan, imong gibitbit sa imong mga abaga ang dignidad ug pasidungog sa Lungsod sa
Lila. Salamat kaayo sa tanan nimong paningkamot. Salamat sa tanan natong mga lungsuranon nga
niduyog ug ni suporta sa atong Miss Lila. Atong kanunay gihandum nga sa umaabot nga panahon,
aduna kita’y ambassadress nga atong ikapasigarbo sa matang sa representasyon sa Turismo sa
Tibuok kalibutan – ang mudapig, mupahibalo ug mupaila kung kinsa ug unsa ang atong lungsod sa
Lila. We celebrate beauty and beyond. Apart from all the natural beauty that we are blessed with, our
town has so much more to share with the rest of the world. That is our culture, our traditions, our
hospitality and our friendship. As the first ever recorded diplomatic pact between Bohol and the
western world, here in the Philippines, celebrated through the Sandugo, we are ready for the world,
we are ready to extend further beyond the beauty that we have been beholden. So let us all open our
doors, our hearts and minds and our attitude to all our guests, friends and tourists alike from all over
