Tubigon mayor William Jao (inset, upper left corner) announces that on July 18, 2023, the Bohol Dairy
Festival was held at Mabini Central Elementary School in Mabini town, Bohol. This activity has been
created as one of the events of the Sandugo Festival with the theme, “Behavior: Emerging in the
Challenges of Times.” The activity aims to showcase affordable milk to our dairy farmers, provide
information to the public on the great benefits of drinking milk, and honor farmers who have
contributed greatly to raising buffalo dairy and more. There was also a forum on El Niño preparation
and mitigation for Dairy Farmers and Producers. The activity was attended, among others, by the
Municipal Agriculturist of LGU-Tubigon, Engr. Razel Palma; Board of Directors of Libertad Multi-
purpose Cooperative; and the farmers of Libertad and Buenos Aires. Contributed photo.
