LGU Lila reports that on July 24, 2023, there was an orientation and contract signing of the Special
Program for Employment of Students (SPES) beneficiaries of the said Local Government Unit (LGU) of
Lila. The said orientation was conducted by LGU Lila’s Human Resource Management Officer (HRMO) III
and Public Employment Service Officer (PESO) Manager Designate, Lovella A. Dahiroc. The Municipal
