Cong. Edgar Chatto presides over the 2024 Budget deliberations with the Commission on Higher
Education (CHED). This was done on August 9, 2024 in Congress. Cong. Chatto of the first district of

from travel tax collection as provided in the Tourism Act of 2009, which he authored, to expand the
