Inabanga Mayor Jono Jumamoy (inset, upper right corner) says that assisting the daily needs of the
Island people in Inabanga is always being done. The mayor also says that he expressed his thanks
on Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2923, when 956 families from the Island of Cuaming received food packs from
the Dept. of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Region 7. These packs were appropriated for
the residents of the said Island barangay who were affected by the “Hanging Habagat” and whose
livelihood suffered from the strong winds. The mayor adds: “Ug nahimo kini tungod sa
pagtINABANGAy sa teamINABANGA, INaBanga Department of Social Welfare and Development
headed by OIC Shaira Lou Benson uban ni Executive Assistant in Social Services Ma’am Emma, ang
Provincial Government headed by Governor Aris Aumentado, Congresswoman Van-Van Aumentado,
Office of the Provincial Social Welfare & Development headed by Ma’am Mita Tecson, DSWD Region
7 headed by Dr. Shalaine Lucero ug sa Cuaming Barangay Officials headed Capt. Flora Espina.
Padayon kitang magtINABANGAy alang sa kauswagan ug kaayohan sa atong mga katawhan.”
