call after the latter arrived from Canada to participate in some competitions there. The courtesy call,
done on August 18, 2023, gave Arnejo the opportunity to show to the Congressman the awards she
received: two (2) gold medals from the half km. marathon and karate-kata as well as 2 silver medals
from the karate-kumite and cross country events at the World Police and Fire Games 2023 in Canada.

Shielded Metal Arc Welding NCI scholars under the Special Training for the Employment Program
(STEP). The turnover activity was done during the 29th anniversary of TESDA and in celebration of
the National Tech Voc Day on August 25, 2023. On this occasion, TESDA partnered with the
Provincial Government through BEPO-PESO, DOLE, DMW and OWWA for a local and overseas job
