On Sept. 1, 2923, LGU Lila played a lead role in the 123rd Philippine Civil Service Anniversary Kickoff
activity for 2023. It started with a Holy Mass followed by some sports activities. The Holy Mass was
celebrated by Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Blair Lope Sabaricos and the Sports 2023 activities were done in the
afternoon which started with a short parade of four (4) different teams followed by an opening prayer and
the singing of hymns. Then HRMO III PESO manager designate Lovella A. Dahiroc delivered her
welcome message. The declaration of the formal opening of the games was done by Lila Mayor Atty.

honors for the torch ceremony while Engr. John Nerlu Cahanap led the oath taking of sportsmanship.
Each team presented a short cheer followed by a mass dance performance and the games proper. The
