celebration held on August 27, 2023 in Metro Manila where he served as one of the guest speakers. The
occasion was one of the preliminary activities of the Loonanons based in Metro Manila, as the
Municipality of Loon celebrates its 270 years (1753 – 2023) of devotion to its patron saint, the Our Lady of
Light (Birhen sa Kasilak) on September 7-8, 2023, with the theme, “Shine On, Madanihong Loon!”
