Buenavista Mayor Dave Duallo (inset, upper left corner) says that on Sept. 4, 2023, at about 7:45 in
the morning, the Monday flag raising ceremony was conducted by the KALAHI personnel, attended by
the Local Government Unit (LGU) officials, department heads, employees, Philippine National Police
(PNP) personnel and the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) personnel. The ceremony was held in front
of the municipal building at barangay Poblacion, Buenavista, Bohol. The photo also shows Dr. Marivic
Chua (right) as she introduces the newly assigned Doctor to the Barrios (DTTB) from the Department
of Health (DOH). The new doctor is named Dr. Lenie May O. Vaporoso (left, holding a microphone).
Dr. Lenie will be assisting Dr. Chua in the taking care of the health and well being of the residents of
