speakers during the 4th Commencement Exercises of the Bookkeeping NC III and Shielded Metal Arc
Welding (SMAW) NC 1 Training for the Work Scholarship Program. The activity was held at the Moto
Sur Covered Court on September 15, 2023 and carried the theme: “Conquering Challenges,
Championing the Future Through Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Program.”
Also present during the graduation ceremonies (not in picture) were TESDA Provincial Director, Engr.
Winefredo Salas and Ken Requeron from the Office of First District Congressman Edgar M. Chatto.
