a good opportunity for job creation and economic growth of
the province. But somehow are we prepared for the traffic
congestion, energy sufficiency, water support, lack of skills,
flooding and the absorption of local farmers and fishers
products into the value chain of SM which is good advantage
to the province? Majority of workers should come from the
province and not from other provinces. Is SM advocating
sustainable development, green building initiatives? TY.
