This took place during the 2024 Budget Deliberation of the Office of the President at the Plenary Hall of the House of Representatives. Bersamin was responsible for the approval of the new Hall of Justice Project in Bohol during his term as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. According to the Supreme Court Office-in-Charge for infrastructure, the consultant for the Detailed Architectural & Engineering Design (DAED) for the project is scheduled to submit the three (3) Conceptual Design Options within 3 weeks after which the procurement process will follow.
