Jose Carin and Michelle got married six (6) years ago, on Saturday, October 7, 2017. This coming Saturday, October 7, 2023 will be their 6th year anniversary.“SMILE”, Philippines covered the wedding event during that beautiful day. This was what we exactly wrote to describe the ceremonies: “Let us welcome the groom, Jose Carine Clenista and the bride, Michelle Penales for this edition of Trending.Jose was introduced to Michelle by a common friend in 2006. In 2007, they became officially ‘on’ and April 13, 2015 is a red letter day for both as it marked their civil wedding day.The groom is is 33 years old (during their church marriage) from Poblacion, Panglao, Bohol. He is an lnternational Seafarer and has been working for Magsaysay Mitsui OSK for 8 years now. He is the son of Eugenia Clenista and the late Carino Clenista (represented by Ricky Ontolan).The bride is Michelle Penales, 33 years old of Catarman, Dauis, Bohol. She is a teacher of Lourdes National High School in Panglao and has been handling the subject, Filipino, for 10 years now. She is the daughter of the late Fermin and Dolores Penales and since both parents are deceased, they were represented in the wedding by Michael Penales & Engr. Lovely Tirol – Rebucas.The wedding ceremonies started at 1:00 in the afternoon at Our Lady of Assumption Shrine at Dauis, Bohol with Fr. Moi Romerde and Fr. Rommel Bongcac as celebrants and “SMILE”, Philippines as commentator.The wedding banquet, which followed the church rites, was held at the Bohol Plaza Resort with CHROMATEL handling the photo and video coverage and SEMS of Genevieve Enriquez taking charge of the wedding coordination.Using the wedding motif (a combination of old rose, lavender and purple) as her springboard, Gloria Leodivica Ines Araneta of “SMILE”, Philippines, the party host, was able to steer the event agenda effectively as everything went smoothly.”Congratulations again to the groom and best wishes to the bride!Photo Courtesy: CHROMATEL Layout by Joseph Pozon
