Bohol Governor and PPA General Manager discuss port development plans

Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) General Manager Atty. Jay Daniel Santiago has met recently with Bohol Governor Aris Aumentado and other officials to discuss the upcoming infrastructure projects in the province.

Gov. Aumentado, who has a strategic agenda of building resilient infrastructure and utilities, shared the plans for the development of various ports in Bohol this year.

These include the International Port Terminal Building and Loon Welcome Center, the Tagbilaran Port Yacht Club, the Ubay Port dredging, the Jagna and Tubigon Ports expansion, and the Maribojoc Port construction.

The Governor said that these projects will boost Bohol’s economy and benefit the people and the neighbouring islands.
