Cong. Edgar Chatto receives the members of the USAID Urban Connect team at the Capitol First
District Office, here in Tagbilaran City. The team’s visit, done on Oct. 9, 2023 was led by Dr. Alex
Brillantes, Chief of Party who is a Professor and former Dean of the U.P. National College of Public
Administration and Governance (NCPAG). He was accompanied by former CHED Commissioner
along with Celso Enriquez – Objective 1 Lead, Maria Fe Mendoza – Objective 2 Lead, Sidney Manuel –
