San Miguel Mayor Ian Gil Garcia Mendez (in photo) graced the Fellowship Night attended by theDepartment of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Lawyers who gathered nationwide in time for the conduct of the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) in Bohol. This event took place on Oct. 11, 2023at South Palms Resort, Panglao, Bohol. Mayor Mendez, in his speech, emphasized that his grandfather is a farmer and an agrarian reform beneficiary, who was able to raise professional children, including his father, Atty.
