The Ribbon Cutting and Turnover Ceremony of the Kalahi Subproject Road concreting
was done on Nov. 6, 2023 in the town of Balilihan. The people thanked Vice Mayor
Trisha Chatto (right) for gracing the occasion. They also thanked the representatives of
kalahi including the kalahi volunters and all the Tagustusan barangay officials and
municipal officials led Mayor Pureza Veloso-Chatto (inset, upper left corner).
