Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between LGU Baclayon and the Philippine Coast Guard, “the beacon of hope in our seas”. This happened on Nov. 10, 2023. The mayor said that the signing of them MOA was done at the Sangguniang Bayan Hall in the presence of Commodore Bibat and his team! The mayor also said: “Thank you Vice Mayor Romy Aya-ay Balangkig, councilors Jet-jet Abay-abay, Moloy Caballo, and Vicky Aquino, maam Regina Gina Gatal Bastes, maam Girlie Althea Marie Tolop, Sangguniang Bayan Secretary Eric Canete and the Bureau of Fire Protection for attending the activity!
