On Nov. 15, 2023, Hon. Joan Cajes-Imboy (2nd from right) representing Trinidad Mayor Robert Cajes (inset, upper left corner), personally delivered the financial aid for the different projects in the following barangays of Trinidad: Hinlayagan, Ilaud, Kinan-oan, Banlasan, M.
