Antequera Mayor Jose Mario Pahang (inset, upper left corner) has announced that on Nov. 22, 2023, at about 10:00 am, Police Staff Sergeant Charmaine L. Zabala, Women and Children Protection Desk (WCPD) Police Non-Commissioned Officers (PNCO) of Antequera Police Station under the direct supervision of Police Captain Jasper Caingles Reyes, Chief of Police, conducted a lecture among the women at Barangay Poblacion, Antequera, Bohol. The topic of the lecture was the “Project Juana” Program of the Philipine Nationa Police that aims to empower the women sector in the community and to practice responsible parenthood. The lecture also reminded the participants to report to the Antequera Municipal Police Station any victim/s of abuse. The lecturer also said that it is best for women to always
know their rights as women. Thereafter, the lecturer distributed Information, Education and
