Tubigon Mayor William Jao (inset, upper left corner) says that on Nov. 15, 2023 and with the initiative of its Municipal Local Government Operations Officer (MLGOO) Atty. Angelo S. Mahinay, LGU-Tubigon conducted a pre-assumption orientation and forum to the 272 newly-elected barangay officials from the 34 barangays of Tubigon.
