Second District Representative Maria Vanessa Aumentado (inset, lower left corner) released some information on Dec. 11, 2023 and said: “Laing patient nga atong gi assist aron mamahimong usa ka malampuson ang iyang Heart Operation didto sa Philippine Heart Center in Quezon City.” Congresswoman Aumentado said that the patient is Ziecel Felicity Nayve, 7yrs old, from Peñaflor, Tagbilaran City and was discharged from Philippine Heart Center on Oct. 23, 2023. The post of Congresswoman Aumentado also said that the assistance from her office for the patient amounted to P450,000.00.
