The women of Badiang won the 3rd place in the Christmas dance contest in the town of Sikatuna. The organizers thanked the following for the success of the event: Badiang women dancers for their support, participation and cooperation; Sikatuna Mayor Jecjec Ellorimo (inset upper left corner); Badiang barangay captain manang Ernesta B. Calimpusan for her support including the transportation used by the dancers during practices and during the competition proper; the judges of the competition; Jessa Mae Silagan of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD); the president of each of each women group in every barangay government unit in the town; the Sikatuna Sangguniang Bayan (SB) members; SB member Mylene Alcantara Jala for the raffle prizes in cahs and in kind; and to the different people responsible for organizing the event.
