PNA-Bohol Chapter Hosts Oathtaking Ceremony for New Nurses

The Philippine Nurses Association (PNA), in collaboration with the Association of Deans of Philippine Colleges of Nursing (ADPCN), is proud to announce the upcoming 2024 Nurses Oathtaking Ceremony at the Bohol Cultural Center on January 23, 2024, at 1 PM.

The event will be graced by the presence of Mr. Narcival Z. Taquiqui, Regional Director of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Region VII, Elizabeth Chaves Lagrito, Ed. D, RN, Board of Nursing, and Gov. Joseph Descallar, PNA Governor Region 7.

The oathtaking ceremony is a solemn and meaningful occasion for the new nurses who have passed the Nurse Licensure Examination (NLE) held last November 2023. It is also a celebration of their achievements and aspirations as they embark on their professional journey in the field of healthcare.

The PNA Bohol Chapter, led by its president Dr. Melinda Calalin- Pausanos RN, RM, LPT, MAN, DSN, is one of the finalists for the Most Outstanding Chapter Award (MOCCA) out of 95 local chapters and 15 chapters abroad. This is a testament to the hard work, compassion, commitment, and dedication of the PNA Bohol members and officers in serving the nursing community and the public.

The PNA Bohol Chapter invites all the new nurses, their families, friends, and supporters to join them in this momentous celebration. 

The oathtaking ceremony will be followed by a fellowship and awarding program. Tickets are available at the PNA Bohol office or through online reservation.
