Town News-SAN MIGUEL

Congratulations San Miguel town led by Mayor Ian Gil Garcia Mendez (inset, upper left corner)! The Bohol Legends Taekwondo San Miguel won as overall champion during the 2nd District Congressional Meet Taekwondo 2024  at Talibon Bohol represented by team DADASANTRI garnering a total of 35 Gold Medals, 3 Silver Medals, and 1 Bronze Medal. The lead coach and the members of the entire Taekwondo team are thanking the following: Lgu San Miguel, Kapitan Maurice Mendoza Sr. and Mayor Mendez. The 35 gold medals were won by: Charish Grace Cambangay, 2 gold medals;  Hilary Xanthe Redulla; Junnah Mae Anunciado,  2 gold medals; Mark Bryan Doydora, 2 gold medals; Christopher Fernandez IV, 2 gold medals; Frenze Aquilous Pancito; James Dave Awas, 2 gold medals; Charles Justin Apa-ap; Julius Maxel Boncales, 2 gold medals; Redence Fernandez III, 2 gold medals; Vhian Robe Mumar, 2 gold medals; Chloe Baratas; Ellezir Philip Genita; Adrienne Miguel Maniwang; Mary Wennie Apa-ap; Mikhaella Genita; Patrick Louie Hoyle; Joshua Butal; Mark James Doydora; Carl Jaden Deligero; Keith Alexander Orevillo; Red Samantha Pacomios; Elaine Marae Cajes; Kristine Angelee Almedilla; Mechie Salinas; Camila Valerie Ligutan; and Maria Nitte Gulfan. The three (3) silver medals were won by: Mc Francoise Boncales, Ernie Dave Doydora, and Avreljeane Boncales. For the Bronze medal, the winner was Ernestine Guina. Contributed photo
