Sikatuna Mayor Justiniana Ellorimo (inset, upper left corner) has embarked on the “WRITE YOUR OWN MIRACLES: NOTEBOOK AND PEN FOR THE CHILDREN” project. She bared that on January 31, 2024 at 9:30 a.m., the personnel of the Sikatuna Police Station, under the direct supervision of PLT Elizandra Julia Jamora, Chief of Police, distributed notebooks and pens to the children of this municipality. Sikatuna mayor Justiniana Ellorimo (inset, upper left photo) said: “Writing down your own miracles may help alleviate stress by allowing our children to externalize and explore feelings that may be difficult to confront in waking life.  By putting them into words, they will be able to count their blessings and think about the specifics of what they want to achieve. Focusing on the positive aspects of their lives and acknowledging the things they are thankful for, can help shift their mindset away from negativity and improve their overall mental well-being.” Contributed photo
