JOINT MPOC, MADAC, LCAT-VAWC, MCPC, LAC AND MDRRMC MEETING – At 2:00 p.m. of February 7, 2024, the Maribojoc info page announced that the PNP personnel of the Maribojoc Municipal Police Station, led by PCPT Luciano A. Fuentes, Chief of Police (OIC) together with the representatives of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Local Government Unit Head of Offices and the Municipal Local Government Operations Officer (MLGOO), Barangay Chairman and the religious sector, attended the joint meeting of the Municipal Peace and Order Council (MPOC), Municipal City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (MADAC), Local Committees on Anti-Trafficking and Violence Against Women and their Children (LCAT-VAWC), Municipality Council for the Protection of Children (MCPC), Learning Action Cell (LAC) and Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC) where the attendees tackled issues that affect the peace and order situation of the Municipality. They also discussed the requirements to become a drug-cleared municipality and the plans and programs for the youth offender and action plans for disaster preparedness. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman – Hon. Engr. Romulo A. Manuta (inset, upper left corner) who is also the municipal mayor of Maribojoc.
