Lila Mayor Arturo Piollo II (inset, lower left corner) announces the Search for Lila’s candidate to the Miss Governors Cup Season 2. The mayor said that the candidate: must be a Filipino citizen; must be single with no parental obligation; must be within the 18 to 25 years old bracket; must be a resident of the municipality of Lila; must at least have an average communication skill in English; and must be on top of our local dialect.
