LOON BNEO 3-DAY ORIENTATION. Loon Mayor Elvi Peter L. Relampagos (standing, holding the microphone facing the audience) delivers his message to the barangay chairmen and barangay councilors consisting of the first batch of Municipality of Loon barangay officials as the latter attended the Barangay Newly-Elected Officials (BNEO) 3-day Orientation activity held on February 21-23, 2024 at the Loon Municipal Hall Activity Center. The BNEO for Grassroots Renewal And Empowerment For Accountable And Transparent (GREAT) Barangays Program is designed to prepare the new set of barangay officials to meet the challenges in the political and administrative leadership at the community and barangay levels.
