Maribojoc Mayor Romulo Manuta (in photo) has announced important activities he led in his town. One was held on March 23, 2024. The mayor said: “The Local Government of Maribojoc joins the 2024 National Women’s Month Celebration, with the theme, ‘Lipunang Patas sa Bagong Pilipinas: Kakayahan ng Kababaihan, Patutunayan!’ Mobilizing support to the cause for gender equality, the online campaign aims to express the optimism that #WEcanbeEquALL. This hashtag inspires Women and Everyone (WE) to advocate for equality and inclusivity, ensuring that ALL, irrespective of gender, ability, status, or circumstances, receive due respect and rights. Another activity was held on March 21, 2024 and this was about a Public Hearing conducted by the Sangguniang Bayan (SB) in coordination with the Local Finance Committee of LGU-Maribojoc, Bohol.
