Cong. Edgar Chatto (first row, seated at the center) hosted lunch for the members of the House Committee on Health and Welfare of Children on April 18, 2024. The house committee members were in the province to participate in the 3-day legislative forum organized by Philhealth for legislative staff from the House of Representatives and the Senate as well as the Presidential Legislative Liaison Office. The groundbreaking rites for the concreting of Cogon Road leading to Cogon Nature’s Gem were held on April 19. The road project, implemented by the Department of Public Works and Highways, is under the Tourism Road Infrastructure Program. Cong. Edgar Chatto facilitated the funding for the road project with the support of LGU Balilihan led by Mayor Pureza Veloso-Chatto (extreme left) and the Sangguniang Bayan headed by Vice Mayor Trisha Chatto (3rd from right).
