Information from the Antequera Police Station says that: “On March 27, 2024, at around 11:30 AM, the Antequera Municipal Police Station under the leadership of PCPT Jasper Caingles Reyes, Chief of Police, in partnership with the Bohol Police Provincial Office and the Bohol Provincial Government and in cooperation with LGU Antequera conducted the turnover of the Project L.A.B. (Libreng Alagad ug Balay) at Barangay Can-omay, Antequera, Bohol. This was done in the presence of gov. Erico “Aris” Aristotle Aumentado (seated, 1st rown, 3rd from right); Municipal Mayor Hon. Jose Mario J. Pahang (standing, holding a microphone); PCOL Lorenzo A. Batuan (seated, 1st row, 3rd from left), Provincial Director, Bohol PPO; PLTCOL Norman L. Nuez (seated, 1st rown, 2nd from left), Chief, Provincial Community Affairs and Development Unit (PCADU); SFO3 Joelle P. Margate, Officer-In-Charge, Bureau of Fire Protection Antequera; SSgt. Edmund Gardosi, Detachment Commander Bantolinao Base; Barangay Captain Alberto Quibel, and Barangay Officials.” The police post also said: “As we hand over the key to Mr. Sofrunio Villareal, we are also turning over a new chapter of hope and opportunity in their lives. We are not just building houses, we are building dreams and futures. Antequera Municipal Police Station extends our deepest gratitude to everyone who has made this possible, especially the Bohol 1 Electric Cooperative Inc.; our Provincial Director, PCOL Lorenzo Batuan; our Municipal Mayor Hon. Jose Mario J Pahang; our Governor Erico Aristotle Aumentado; Ma’am Eemi C. Miner; Mr. Raul Garsuta; Herbert Malmis and Construction Supply and other stakeholders.
