LMDC 5TH COMMENCEMENT EXERCISES. Municipality of Loon Mayor Elvi Peter L. Relampagos (center, foreground with microphone), delivers his inspirational message to the graduates during the Loon Manpower Development Center (LMDC) 5th Commencement Exercises, held at the Municipal Activity Center on April 12, 2024. A total of 40 graduates received their graduation certificates. They were composed of the pioneering batch of Bread and Pastry Production NC II (20 graduates) and batch 2 Shielded Metal Arc Welding NC I (20 graduates). Bohol Provincial SK Federated president, Lawrence Xavier C. Ancla, was the guest speaker of the activity which bannered the theme: “Soar High, Embrace Change and Conquering Challenges through Technical-Vocational Education and Training Programs.” Also present during the occasion were Vice Mayor Lloyd Peter M. Lopez, MD; TESDA Tubigon administrator, Levi A. Yosoya; LMDC head Maricris M. Maestrado and the graduates’ trainers: Ezra A. Guadalquiver, LPT, BPP NTTC holder; Luzvimar R.
