TOOLKITS DISTRIBUTION. Driving NC II graduates under the Special Training for Employment Program of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority receive their toolkits in a handover ceremony. The office of Cong. Edgar Chatto facilitated the program to equip trainees with the skills along with equipment to be able to apply their learnings and enable them to earn from these.
