Balilihan Mayor Pureza Veloso-Chatto (4th from right) poses with the guests from the National Library of the Philippines (NLP) after the activity on April 24, 2024 where the NLP Director Cesar Gilbert Adriano handed over the Plaque of Recognition to the 1st Congressional Library in Balilihan as one of the Top 10 Performing Libraries of the Philippines for the second time!
